Return and exchange policy
According to Law of Georgia On the Protection of Consumer Rights, which entered into force on June 1, 2022 You can return any purchase within 14 days after receiving it.
The Company has the right NOT to accept returned products/goods if the period of 14 calendar days has been exceeded.
Returns or exchanges for products/goods can be done only in the physical store.
1. Product return/exchange is possible in accordance with the present rules if:
• the received products/goods differ from the purchased products posted/described on the webpage
• the products/goods have been damaged during delivery
• the products/goods have manufacturing defects
The company is legally bound to reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If product does not perform well, you have to go to our authorized service centers (2 Authorized Service Centers in Tbilisi) and get free service or get conclusion about non-repairability and we will refund or exchange item upon proving prove from the Authorized Service Center.
2. Received products/goods cannot be returned/changed if:
• The period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving products/goods has been exceeded;
• Products/goods have been used, damaged, destroyed or otherwise lost the ability to use for its normal purpose;
• The hermetic packaging of the product has been violated by the user and/or the product cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene norms;.
• the products/goods arrive without their original package, supportive documents, accessories and manuals.
• Discounted items are not eligible for returns.
• If the price of the replacement product is higher than the price of the desired product, the difference amount will be returned on your account
• If exchanging into a higher price product, additional cost must be covered by the purchaser.
