Returned items must comply with out return policy:
1.Returns are only accepted within 2 days from the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging with all required documents in it. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Company is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received during the return delivery. Refunds (with the cut of delivery service fee 5-7 Gel) will be made within 3 working days after receiving the item. If the return item doesn’t meet the return policy terms, company remains the right to refuse to refund the purchaser.
*Discounted items are not eligible for returns.
2.If product does not perform well, you have to go to our authorized service centers (3 service centers in Tbilisi) and get free service or get conclusion about non-repairability and we will return 100% of your money since we have this act from you during 2 working days.
